Located close to University of California, San Francisco, near the trend setting boutiques and cafes of the Fillmore neighborhood, our studio is a loft-like space with high ceilings.  Students often hang out on couches in our bright and airy entrance overlooking Divisadero Street and browse the irresistible selections in our yoga boutique.

Our studio offers an unusually wide range of classes, attracting local doctors, university students, and young working people.  Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Blend, BarWorks, SculptWorks and the newly launched DanceWorks are just a few of the class options. There is a fully outfitted Pilates studio as well as a variety of mat classes like Pilates Slim Jump and Pilates for Yoga.
